Terms of Service

Last updated: March 16, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PageSpeed Exporter ("the Service") at speedexporter.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PageSpeed Exporter is a web application that provides Lighthouse-based performance audits via the Google PageSpeed Insights API. The Service generates structured JSON reports suitable for analysis by AI agents and developers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Analyze URLs of services you do not own or have permission to test
  • Attempt to analyze private, internal, or localhost URLs
  • Circumvent rate limits or usage quotas through technical means
  • Use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API endpoints
  • Resell access to the Service without permission

4. Accounts and Plans

Free accounts are available without a credit card. Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly via Stripe. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Report limits are enforced monthly and reset on the 1st of each calendar month. Unused reports do not roll over.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information. Subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by PageSpeed Exporter. The Lighthouse JSON reports generated by your audits are your data — you own them and may use them for any purpose.

PageSpeed Exporter is not affiliated with Google. "PageSpeed Insights" and "Lighthouse" are trademarks of Google LLC. We use the Google PageSpeed Insights API in accordance with Google's Terms of Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lighthouse scores are indicative — they reflect lab conditions and may differ from real-user experience. We do not guarantee that implementing suggested fixes will achieve specific score improvements.

The Google PageSpeed Insights API has usage limits and may be unavailable at times. We are not responsible for API downtime or changes to the Lighthouse scoring methodology.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageSpeed Exporter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for abuse, fraud, or illegal purposes. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
